We all have transitions in our life - when we are moving out of our parents home. When we start a new job. When we become a parent. If we decide to change our career or if we relocate to another country. These changes put us into situations that we have never experienced before. My role is to support you, during these often big and overwhelming transitions.​

Parenthood: becoming a parent is a huge transition. On top of that, everyone has different expectations of becoming a parent, good and bad. Society expects us to be the happiest human beings on earth and sometimes it just doesn’t feel like it. It’s hard work to adapt to your life to embrace a new family member. I support parents to accept and enjoy their new role, to gain more self-awareness, acceptance and push them to trust their own parenting skills.

Career Change: are you considering or in the middle of a career transition? Giving up the security of a corporation to fulfil my dream was a big step, totally unknown. However, I knew that I had to take that step in order to be happy. My biggest acknowledgement came from my daughter who told her classmates that her mom made her dream come true. And that’s it. That is the message I want to send out there, the sky's the limit, you just need to trust yourself.

Moving Abroad: have you been relocated due to work or for family reasons? No matter what the reason is, it is a huge transition. Whether it is impostor syndrome, a lack of confidence or looking for a new job - I’m supporting you in your journey to find your REpurpose in a new culture and environment. ​

What to expect
Coaching comes in many forms, there is no one size fits all approach. I offer 1:1 coaching either online or in-person where possible.
During our discovery session, we will get to know each other. This complimentary session gives you the chance to decide if coaching is something for you.
At our first session, we will set your goals and co-create your coaching plan. Each session is 50 minutes long, either weekly or bi-weekly. Depending on the goals we discuss I will recommend the number of sessions you need.
